Members would enjoy, among others, a free room stay, free dining, free usage of recreational facilities at the hotel and other perks such as a birthday cake voucher and house wine. Platinum card holders are entitled to a four-night stay in a superior room which includes breakfast for two, as well as two certificates for a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room and another two certificates for a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. Other benefits available are three complimentary buffet lunch or high tea for two persons and three complimentary buffet dinner for two persons at the Infusion Cafe. Card holders will also be entitled to a 25 per cent discount on food and 12 per cent discount on beverage at the Infusion Cafe. Complimentary use of the gym with one adult guest and swimming pool (two adults and two children) are also available. They are also entitled to a complimentary entry pass to the Dinosaur Alive Water Theme Park which is a key feature of the hotel.
